Zibo Yinshilai Textile Co., Ltd. is a member of CCTA (China Cotton Textile Association) and was established in 2000. We are a high-tech textiles group covering weaving, dyeing and finishing for top-grade pure cotton and chemical woven fabrics. Our group consists of four companies, with total assets of USD128,205,000. We've employed 3,000 members and equipped with advanced equipments including 200,000 spindles, 5 sets of air-spinning machines, 1200 sets of air & water jet looms, 128 sets of electronic jacquard machines, 30 sets of dyeing machines and 2 sets of coating machines, etc. We base on top-grade products and stick to the development of new products, which is the essential factor for rapid and efficient development of group. We successfully developed series of new products for pure cotton, high count & density fabrics including double picks, 3 picks, 4 picks, 6picks, 8 picks, 12 picks, etc., and materialized mass production. We also developed tens of new products including spandex jacquard, yarn-dyed silk-cotton interweaving jacquard, etc. Now our company has 6 series of products covering home textile, garments fabrics and upholstery fabrics etc. of which, jacquard bedding fabric ranks top and occupies 15% of market share, we've become one of the head companies on jacquard fabric products in mainland China. The "high count & density grey fabrics" product has passed expert statement of CCTA, of which, density of warp and weft reaches 3600 - 6300T/10cm, some products lead the domestic market and reach advanced world level. In the year of 2006 China Cotton Textile Products Annual Conference, "high count & density sateen strip" and "high count & density jacquard" won award of "Excellent Innovation for Products Development"; "high count &density sateen" won award of "Excellent Design for Products Development". We pay attention to the development as well as the quality and efficiency: "A" grade rate was kept above 95% when down-loom and above 99.8% when warehousing: average efficiency of production was kept above 80%, which comprehensively catered to "products, quality and efficiency" of group. The annual output capacity reached 12,000 metric tons of high-count yarn, 70,000,000 meters of top-grade fabrics and 75,000,000 meters of dyed & printed for top grade fabrics. Our series of high count & density pure cotton grey fabric is among Chinese top brand products.
